Lima Medical Equipment uses UPS Ground for all standard shipping orders.

Shipping Method

  • All orders shipped outside our local delivery area will be sent via UPS Ground only.
  • Customers will receive a tracking number by email once the order has shipped.
  • UPS ships only to valid street addresses (no P.O. Boxes).

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed and shipped within 1 business day for in-stock items.
  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST will be processed the next business day.
  • You will be notified if any item is out of stock or on backorder.

Local Delivery (South Florida Only)

We offer local delivery using our company trucks within the following counties:

  • Miami-Dade
  • Broward
  • Palm Beach

Delivery Rates

  • FREE local delivery on orders $150 or more
  • $10 flat rate delivery for orders under $150

Local delivery is only available within the counties listed above.

Shipping Restrictions

  • Some items may be limited to local delivery only and may not be eligible for shipping outside South Florida.
  • Certain products may ship directly from manufacturers.

Delivery Times (UPS Ground Estimates)

  • Southeast: 1–2 business days
  • Northeast: 2–3 business days
  • Midwest: 3–4 business days
  • Southwest: 4–5 business days
  • Northwest: 5–6 business days

  • We reserve the right to correct shipping charges in the event of a system or pricing error.
  • Customers will be contacted for approval if any adjustment exceeds $5.
